Atlanta, GA (PRWEB) August 7, 2007 -- University of California San Francisco Campus Life Services selects the ITCS-WebClock Time and Attendance solution. Implementation began December of 2006 and completes roll out to 900 employees in over 20 departments. The ITCS-WebClock seamlessly allows real time access to multiple locations across San Francisco identifying who is in or out of the location. UCSF Campus Life Services utilizes the ITCS-WebClock for their complex time off accrual rules, job costing and attendance tracking.

Employees punch through the web time clock, collect time through the web based timesheet and with Biometric Fingerprint and Badge Reader Time Clocks. Time information is centralized and calculated real time through the internet using the ITCS secure SAS 70 hosted facility. Employees also benefit through its self-service functionality with real time and automatically calculated time worked. Eliminating paper-based and manual data entry resulting in more accurate attendance information.

UCSF-Campus Life Services saved expensive consulting fees through the ITCS Remote Implementation Team. Meetings, requirement definition, implementation and testing were performed over the web almost eliminating implementation costs.
