Boaters Make Successful Descent of L.A. River in 52-mile Los Angeles River Expedition

River (from headwaters to estuary) as part of the first-ever Los Angeles River Expedition 2008. The three-day exploratory expedition demonstrated that the whole river merits a determination as a "traditional navigable water" -- which would entitle the river to the highest standards of federal clean water protections under the Clean Water Act. Southern California Marketing Agency Recognized for Work
Rancho Cucamonga, CA (PRWeb) March 29, 2007 -- Last month Spencer Lewis Group was awarded four major awards for their work by the Inland Empire Ad Club, an organization supporting local advertising, marketing and public relations firms.
The awards included a Gold Addy, for San Bernardino County Employees' Retirement Association (SBCERA) for the design of the organization's Comprehensive Annual Financial Report. This is the second year in a row that the marketing agency has won this award for this piece.
Other awards included three Bronze awards which were awarded for a logo design for Comp Nurse Solutions a medical claims resolution company based in Orange, Ca, and a website design and brochure for noted Hollywood company Grosh Scenic Rentals who provides scenic backdrops and drapery to theater/dance and corporate meeting planning companies nationwide.
"We have had a great year," explains President and Owner Shawn Glaspell, "As well as meeting the advertising and Internet marketing goals of our clients; we also focus on maintaining a high level of quality to our work." Glaspell said. "The client achieves the results they are looking for, we receive recognition and the client also receives recognition."
"Our partnership with Spencer Lewis Group continues to produce great results. The SBCERA Board and management couldn't be happier with this annual report. It reflects the professionalism we need to demonstrate to our constituency, but it is balanced by graphics that cultivate interest in an otherwise 'dry' document. Now, the only challenge is coming up with an even better CAFR next year because we keep raising the bar higher and higher with these award-winning projects."
Agency Owner and CEO Shawn Glaspell has a degree in Hospitality Management and sites his background in the Hospitality industry as a solid foundation for his company's commitment to superior customer service, value of product and customer commitment. "We do what we say we are going to do." Glaspell adds, "It's as simple as that."
The Inland Empire Ad Club, a club of the American Advertising Federation, is comprised of advertising and marketing professionals in San Bernardino and parts of Riverside and Los Angeles counties from all industry segments.
Spencer Lewis Group has been in business since 1998 and specializes in print media and public relations. For more information visit www.spencerlewis.com.
